Water might not seem like a very big deal, but when it carries pollutants and chemicals (acid rain) or leaves behind heavy mineral deposits and debris ( water spots), it can prove harmful to your car’s exterior. What causes acid rain and water spots and why can’t you get rid of them? Well, once the water evaporates, it leaves a residue behind which chemically binds to the exterior surface leaving behind a series of small white, semi-transparent stains. Hence why, these hard to budge spots are not something you can easily remove yourself. To remove acid rain and water spots on your vehicle, we use a strong mixture that softens the hard minerals before beginning a lengthy process of permanently etching an invisible layer of powerful and durable sealant into the surface of the paintwork, filling in the castellations.
